Zukanly（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者 DAIKI HAYASHI（以下「開発者」）が提供する、自然観察図鑑アプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を収集・利用・共有するかを説明します。

重要: 本アプリはクラウド同期機能を持ちません。図鑑データ（写真・メモ・位置情報）はすべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。

2. 外部サービスへのデータ送信

2-1. AI判定・AI解説サービス

本アプリでは、撮影した写真のAI判定（種名の自動識別）およびAI解説の生成のため、開発者が運営するAIサーバー（Cloudflare Workers上）にデータを送信します。

送信されるデータ:

• 写真画像（最大1280px、JPEG圧縮後のデータ）
• ユーザーが入力したメモ・タグ・ヒント情報
• 位置情報（位置情報の利用を許可している場合のみ）
• 分類カテゴリ（植物/動物/菌類など）

データの取り扱い:

• 送信されたデータはAI処理の目的にのみ使用されます
• 処理完了後、サーバー上に画像データは保持されません
• 個人を特定する情報（氏名・メールアドレス等）は一切送信されません

2-2. 広告サービス（Google AdMob）

本アプリでは、広告の配信にGoogle AdMobを使用しています。Googleは以下の情報を収集する場合があります:

• デバイス識別子（IDFA）— App Tracking Transparencyでユーザーが許可した場合のみ
• 広告の表示・クリックに関する情報
• おおよそのデバイス情報（OS、モデルなど）

2-3. Apple（App Store / StoreKit）

アプリ内課金（Proサブスクリプション）の処理はAppleのStoreKitを通じて行われます。購入情報はAppleが管理し、開発者は購入の有無のみを確認します。

3. 位置情報の取り扱い

• 位置情報は「使用中のみ」の権限で取得します（バックグラウンドでの取得は行いません）
• 設定画面から位置情報の利用をオフにできます
• 位置情報をオフにした場合、マップ機能およびAI判定での位置情報の利用は行われません
• 位置情報は端末内に保存され、AI判定実行時のみ外部サーバーに送信されます

4. データの保護

• AIサーバーとの通信はすべてHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています
• APIアクセスにはトークン認証を使用しています
• 端末内のデータはiOSのサンドボックス機構により保護されています

5. データの削除

• 図鑑の各エントリは、詳細画面から個別に削除できます
• アプリを端末から削除すると、すべてのデータが完全に削除されます
• クラウドにデータが保存されることはないため、端末からの削除ですべてのデータが消去されます

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のお子様がデータを提供したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除いたします。

7. サブスクリプション

• 本アプリはPro月額プラン（自動更新サブスクリプション）を提供しています
• お支払いはApple IDアカウントに請求されます
• 現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動更新されます
• 購入後、App Storeのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理・キャンセルが可能です

8. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合、アプリ内で通知します。最新のポリシーは常にこのページに掲載されます。

2. Data Shared with External Services

2-1. AI Identification & Guide Service

The App sends data to an AI server operated by the Developer (hosted on Cloudflare Workers) for species identification and guide generation.

Data transmitted:

• Photo images (max 1280px, JPEG compressed)
• User-entered notes, tags, and hint information
• Location data (only when location permission is granted)
• Classification category (plant / animal / fungi, etc.)

Data handling:

• Transmitted data is used solely for AI processing purposes
• Image data is not retained on the server after processing is complete
• No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is ever transmitted

2-2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google may collect the following information:

• Device identifier (IDFA) - only if the user grants permission via App Tracking Transparency
• Information about ad impressions and clicks
• Approximate device information (OS, model, etc.)

2-3. Apple (App Store / StoreKit)

In-app purchases (Pro subscription) are processed through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase information is managed by Apple; the Developer only verifies whether a purchase has been made.

3. Location Data

• Location is accessed only with "While Using the App" permission (no background tracking)
• You can disable location usage from the Settings screen within the App
• When location is disabled, map features and location-based AI identification are not used
• Location data is stored on-device and only sent to external servers when AI identification is initiated

4. Data Security

• All communication with the AI server is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS)
• API access uses token-based authentication
• On-device data is protected by iOS sandboxing

5. Data Deletion

• Individual catalog entries can be deleted from the detail screen
• Uninstalling the App from your device permanently deletes all data
• Since no data is stored in the cloud, deleting the App removes all data completely

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided data, we will promptly delete it.

7. Subscriptions

• The App offers a Pro monthly plan (auto-renewing subscription)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings after purchase

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify users within the App. The latest version of this policy will always be available on this page.
